We love Baseball in this house! It is America's sport and also our family's sport. Nothing like takin' in a game, eating hot dogs, nachos and cotton candy. Oh and I can't forget the dippin' dots!

Easter 2012
We have lots of Traditions at Easter time that we do. First we dye Easter eggs. Then we make sure we have a new Easter outfit. (I LOVE that part! SHOPPING!!!) Then when Easter morning is here we have a lesson about Easter and what it is we are celebrating. The kids then get to find their Easter baskets that we hide and the eggs the Easter bunny left. We attend church and thank Heavenly Father for the wonderful gift of his son and his resurrection. Then it is off to Gma T's and Poppy W's for dinner and an Easter egg hunt. My parents hide candy and eggs all over their backyard. Kadon loves this because the eggs are filled with money and he is so much like his dad! In fact he was trying yo sell his candy to his cousins so he could get more money.
I love Easter! There is something about Spring time, with the rebirth of nature and the resurrection of our Savior that brings peace and joy.

Christams Cookie Trees
In the Johnson Family we have started a tradition of making Christmas Cookie Trees and the kids look forward to it every year. It is so fun to see what they come up with and how they want to decorate their tree. Each tree shows the personality of its creator. We missed Aaron, Beth and their kiddos this year. (They were fighting "sick bugs" at their house.)
I love traditions!
